SALES POWER SCHOOL
FORMS OF TRAININGS
Depending on your personal preferences, we offer to participate in the following forms of conducting classes:
- -Open trainings
- -Closed trainings
- -Individual training sessions
- -Sales trainings on the job, during real converstation with customers ( phone calls, direct meetings)
In order to help You choose the best form of classes, below we present the characteristics of all forms of classes comparing their advantages and disadvantages:
Open Trainings
Characteristics:
Classes available to all participants interested in the topic of training. In the case of sales and negotiation training, our group can be people from different industries and areas of entrepreneurship.
Based on our experience so far, we present the strengths and weaknesses of open training:
Advantages:
- Publicity, call unlimited by any criteria
- Possibility to exchange individual experiences between participants
- Opportunity to establish new business contacts
Disadvantages:
- A high degree of generality and simplification resulting from the accidental selection of people in training and the need to match the training to all participants
- Low ability to address individual company-specific issues
- As a rule, organisationally rigid, the inability to determine individual hourly and temporary forms
Closed trainings
Characteristics:
Training for a close audience, usually representing one company or institution. They are used to educate and improve the qualifications of persons operating within the contracting organisation for training. Closed training is very often a "tailor-made" training, which is strictly tailored to the needs of the audience.
Advantages:
- The training programme is preceded by a thorough needs analysis and adapted to the needs of specific audiences
- More complex issues can be addressed
- Possibility to choose the place and timing of the training
Disadvantages:
- Inability to exchange individual experience with other trainees representing different industries
- No new business contacts
- There is a likelihood of a lack of openness and sincerity of the participants, due to the fact that everyone knows each other
- In the case of the organization of training at the company premises, problems with the concentration of employees who are at work at all times are possible.
Mentoring
Characteristics:
Mentoring is undoubtedly an innovative way of providing personal support to employees and managers.
In contrast to open and closed training, classes take place in the form of "they are them" – the host has the opportunity to share his own stories and thoughts.
Advantages:
- Individual approach to the participant
- Great opportunities to focus on specific problems
- Possibility to carry out deeper analysis to help develop concrete solutions
- Adjusting the time form according to individual preferences
Disadvantages
- Difficulty in carrying out practical scenes
