We are one of the few training companies specializing in conducting sales training.
 
In 2014, Krzysztof Czupryński, a trainer and founder of Sales Power School, decided to open a training company specializing in training sales departments. Despite the fact that Krzysztof Czupryński had already conducted individual training sessions in previous years, setting up his own consulting and training company allowed him to develop an effective methodology for conducting sales training.
The beginnings were not the easiest: high competition and often some kind of prejudice about the effectiveness of sales training made it difficult to gain the trust of customers.  During this period, however, it was possible to conduct numerous professional trainings in sales techniques, and the positive opinions of the participants were a source of further motivation.
Many of our clients did not believe in the effectiveness of training - often approaching conversations with great distance. Previously, they had participated in trainings, which, unfortunately, did not bring the expected results. All this required the design of practical workshops, the results of which will translate into real measurable and non-measurable effects. In this way, our methodology of conducting sales training has been continuously developed to provide the best practical training of sales techniques.

As the only training company, we conduct sales training at the workplace in the "On the job training" formula – both during personal conversations and during real meetings with customers. Conducting sales training in this way simply gives the greatest results.

We want to be the best in conducting sales training. That is why when designing each closed sales training, we operate based on the highest standards:
- role-playing exercises are designed on the example of the client's products and services, which gives the training participants the opportunity to practice the learned techniques "step by step",
- professional post-training materials for training participants, which can be successfully used in everyday work,
- post-training report for managers allowing them to gain valuable information that can be used in effective management of the sales team,
- an attractive form of conducting training in an atmosphere of mutual respect allows you to learn sales techniques faster.
